Brexit: Labour says PM doesn’t need to worry about ‘headbangers’ to pass NI deal
Shadow attorney general Emily Thornberry has told Sky News the Eurosceptic factions of the Conservative Party should be allowed to scupper a deal on Northern Ireland.
She said Labour would support an agreement that would bring about a "soft border between Northern Ireland and the Republic".
In 2019 Labour opposed the government’s plans, paralysing the Commons.
