Commonwealth Games weightlifter shares remarkable journey of homelessness and depression
Team England weightlifter Cyrille Tchatchet has shared his story of how he fled life in Cameroon to represent England at the Commonwealth Games.
He had initially absconded while on a visit to Glasgow for a sporting event, before making his way to Birmingham.
The last eight years have seen him face homelessness, depression and spells in immigration detention centres. But earlier this year he was finally granted British citizenship.
