A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of Ismail Abedi, the older brother of the Manchester Arena bomber, after he refused to give evidence to the inquiry into the attack.
Mr Abedi left his flat in Manchester last August and is now thought to be in Libya with his parents and three youngest siblings in Libya.
