Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is aware of who in charge for her choice to ditch her personal constituents and run in a unique district within the upcoming election: Barbra Streisand and Ryan Reynolds.
“Hollywood is trying to buy their way into Congress,” the conspiracy theorist and “Beetlejuice” fan advised right-wing podcaster and former Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon on his “War Room” present Saturday.
Boebert barely received reelection in 2022, defeating Democratic challenger Adam Frisch by 546 votes in a race nearly nobody anticipated to be shut. Rather than face Frisch once more, Boebert mentioned final week she’ll run in a neighboring district as a substitute.
