Harry Dunn, who struggled to defend the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and has been probably the most outspoken members of regulation enforcement to sentence the assault, introduced on Friday that he was working for Congress. Dunn, who resigned as a Capitol police officer final month, stated he’s working as a Democrat to signify Maryland’s third Congressional District.
In this excerpt of a 2023 interview with ABC News, Dunn shared with ABC News Chief Justice Correspondent Pierre Thomas that the riot of Jan. 6 isn’t removed from his thoughts.
