Denmark has a brand new monarch after King Frederik acceded to the throne, on a day that noticed tens of hundreds packing the streets of Copenhagen.
Frederik’s mom Queen Margrethe, who’s 83 and a distant cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth II, had determined to abdicate and make manner for a brand new era.
