Pres. Biden slammed Russian Pres. Putin within the wake of the information that outstanding Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny died in jail at 47.
"Russian authorities are going to tell their own story," Biden stated. "Make no mistake: Putin is responsible for Navalny’s death."
Biden went on to reward Navalny’s legacy as "brave" and "principled," believing in a Russia the place the "rule of law applied to everybody."
