A blizzard warning is in impact for a lot of California’s Sierra Nevada mountains, which may see a storm whole of as much as 12 ft of snow within the coming days, in line with the National Weather Service.
The NWS is asking for "extremely heavy snow rates" of two to six inches per hour. Four to 10 ft of snow may accumulate within the Sierra via Monday, the company stated. Snowfall totals may attain as much as 12 ft by Wednesday, following one other spherical of snow within the area.
