"The city of Uvalde has agreed to pay its insurance of $2 million, which is all that there was."
Nineteen households whose family members had been killed or damage within the Uvalde, Texas, mass taking pictures introduced they’ve reached a settlement with the town and county of Uvalde.
The lawyer representing the households spoke in regards to the lethal day, saying, "We all saw what we saw … It was a heroic act, 77 minutes late."
