Kitefoiler J.J. Rice—an aspiring Olympic athlete for the nation of Tonga—has died in a free diving accident on June 15. His sister Lily Rice shared a couple of phrases on Facebook about her brother, “the last time I saw him he gave me a big hug and I wish I would’ve held on for longer.”
