Biden requires Supreme Court ‘necessary code of ethics,’ modification to strip presidential immunity

In a speech on the LBJ Presidential Library to mark the sixtieth anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, Pres. Biden outlined his new proposal to reform the Supreme Court. His prompt reforms embrace time period limits, an enforceable code of conduct for justices, and a constitutional modification towards presidential immunity: "We need a mandatory code of ethics for the Supreme Court and we need it now."
