Catalan parliament debates and votes on the formation of a minority Socialist authorities

Former Catalan President Carles Puigdemont has returned to Spain, following seven years in exile after main the failed 2017 Catalan Independence referendum.

Regional police, the Mossos D’Esquadra, stated it meant to obey court docket orders to arrest him and can restrict entry to the Palace of the Catalan Parliament to make sure he doesn’t attend.
