Officials announce the seize of assassin Ramone Alston, who escaped from custody Tuesday morning whereas being transported to a medical appointment at a North Carolina hospital.
"He will resume serving his life sentence … and could face additional charges," the Secretary of North Carolina Adult Corrections Todd Ishee mentioned.
