According to Reuters, Ramzan Kadyrov, chief of the Russian Republic of Chechnya, posted a video of himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck with what seems to be a machine gun mounted onto it on Telegram. In the video, the chief praised Elon Musk for donating the car to him and mentioned it will be dispatched to Russia’s “special military operation” in Ukraine.
