At least 17 college students are lifeless and 13 others are injured after a hearth erupted in an elementary faculty dorm in Kenya. Police say the hearth engulfed rooms the place youngsters have been sleeping with the victims believed to be between the ages of 9 and 13. The reason behind the hearth is being investigated.
