A landmark report has discovered that 1000’s of complaints about anti-social behaviour haven’t been resolved by police or native councils.
The Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales discovered that 65% of those that mentioned their lives had been being ruined had no motion taken to assist them, that means the issue was allowed to proceed.
Labour has made tackling anti-social behaviour certainly one of their key pledges for presidency.
