A person with mind harm who was jailed for all times in 1991 for homicide has had his conviction quashed by the Court of Appeal.
Oliver Campbell spent 11 years in jail for a homicide he didn’t commit.
He was discovered responsible of gunning down shopkeeper Baldev Hoondle in Hackney, east London.
But three judges discovered the conviction to be "unsafe".
