The Lebanon Health Minister says the loss of life toll from an Israeli airstrike in Beirut has climbed to 31. Hezbollah mentioned a second senior commander was amongst these killed within the assault, which comes after the militant group suffered an unprecedented blow after pager and walkie-talkie explosions in Lebanon and Syria killed at the least 37 folks.
