New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted by a federal grand jury, sources accustomed to the matter advised ABC News.
In a speech addressed to New Yorkers Wednesday previous to the indictment, Adams vowed to combat the "entirely false" indictment with "every ounce of my strength, and my spirit."
"I always knew that If I stood my ground for all of you that I would be a target — and a target I became," Adams stated.
