Israel has been conducting cross-border raids inside Lebanon because the begin of the conflict final October, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari mentioned, after the IDF launched what it referred to as a “limited and localized” floor operation in Lebanon.
