They are joined by native fisherman Juan Baldomero for a lesson in Maya fishing strategies, pulling in sete sac fish, freshwater crabs, and two sorts of snails. Later, Juan’s spouse Maria cooks up the day’s catch into conventional Tz’utujil dishes.
