Sebastien Lai, son of British citizen detained in a pro-democracy protest in China, says his father Jimmy Lai is being imprisoned in Hong Kong for "standing up for the freedoms that underpin our democracy".
While international secretary David Lammy met the Chinese international minister, prime minister Sir Keir Starmer has known as 76-year-old Jimmy’s launch a precedence for the UK authorities.
Sebastian talks to Sky’s Matt Barbet in regards to the scenario in Hong Kong, highlighting the variety of pro-democracy activists which are being prosecuted, saying that "this is reality now".
