The US is investigating a leak of extremely labeled US intelligence about Israel’s plans for retaliation towards Iran, based on three individuals conversant in the matter. One of the individuals acquainted confirmed the paperwork’ authenticity.
The leak is “deeply concerning,” a US official instructed CNN.
The paperwork, dated October 15 and 16, started circulating on-line Friday after being posted on Telegram by an account referred to as “Middle East Spectator.”
They are marked high secret and have markings indicating they’re meant to be seen solely by the US and its “Five Eyes” allies — Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.#CNN #News
