Diddy is going through extra authorized woes after being accused of allegedly raping a 13-year-old with an unnamed superstar in a brand new civil lawsuit. According to the criticism, the alleged assault occurred throughout a 2000 VMA after-party. Diddy’s lawyer tells ET, ‘Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor.’
