Over 320 lecturers from throughout the UK have spoken to Sky News alleging that they’ve been bullied inside their colleges.
An investigation has uncovered a tradition of employees on employees bullying, and the widespread use of non-disclosure agreements and pay-outs to stop lecturers from talking out.
We calculate that the associated fee can be over £1.73m of taxpayers cash paid out to bullied lecturers.
