NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte makes a press release on the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia.
Last week, the US stated it has proof that North Korea has despatched at the very least 3,000 troops to Russia – including there’s a "highly concerning probability" they’ll struggle in Ukraine.
US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin referred to as the deployment a "next step" after North Korea beforehand offered Russia with arms, including that Pyongyang may face penalties for aiding Moscow instantly.
