NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte makes an announcement on the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia.
Last week, the US stated it has proof that North Korea has despatched at the least 3,000 troops to Russia – including there’s a "highly concerning probability" they are going to struggle in Ukraine.
US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin referred to as the deployment a "next step" after North Korea beforehand supplied Russia with arms, including that Pyongyang might face penalties for aiding Moscow straight.
