‘We want leaders to face with Afghan girls’, Malala Yousafzai speaks on life below Taliban rule

Since the Taliban seized energy in Afghanistan, it has issued a sequence of decrees and pointers that limit girls and ladies’ rights.

It has been practically two years since Afghan girls and ladies have been banned from secondary colleges and universities, and months since they have been banned from talking and displaying their faces exterior their houses.

It’s being described by the United Nations as a ‘gender apartheid’.

Director of ‘Bread & Roses’ Sahra Mani and girls’s rights activist Malala Yousafzai talk about their considerations on girls below the Taliban rule.

Malala Yousafzai tells Sky News: "We need leaders to be brave enough, to step up, to stand with Afghan women and girls and protect their rights."
