Trump’s legal professionals have turned to the Supreme Court asking it to name off the sentencing, after New York courts refused to postpone the sentencing by Judge Juan M. Merchan, who presided over Trump’s trial and conviction final May on 34 felony counts of falsifying enterprise data.
