The EV trade within the US is going through a chicken-and-egg conundrum. Manufacturers of EV charging infrastructure want EV drivers as clients to earn earnings, however these drivers need chargers in place earlier than they’ll purchase an EV. As the FT’s Jamie Smyth discovers, it’s an issue that may must be solved by each policymakers and the personal sector.
