The Self-ID Campaign video will encourage incapacity disclosure amongst Mayo Clinic staff and goals to foster a tradition of inclusion and belonging. The video contains statements from the Mayo Clinic government group and staff with disabilities together with who they’re, why incapacity issues to them, and actions to assist the incapacity group. The messages may also embody a number of advantages to self-identifying, how the knowledge can be protected/used, and can encourage a sense of consolation in self-identifying their incapacity standing.
