Axel Rudakubana has been faraway from his sentencing listening to after claiming he felt unwell.
He instructed his lawyer he had chest pains, was too unwell to proceed and wish to see a paramedic.
The sentencing is continuous, and it’s unclear whether or not Rudakubana will return.
Rudakubana, 18, from Lancashire, has pleaded responsible to murdering three younger women in a knife assault in Southport in July, and the tried murders of 10 others.
