A passenger plane carrying 64 individuals collided with a US Army Black Hawk helicopter close to Reagan National Airport exterior of Washington, DC, because it approached the runway, in keeping with the Federal Aviation Administration and protection officers. Ari Schulman, who says he witnessed the airplane crash, speaks to CNN’s Abby Phillip about what he noticed.
