Congestion pricing started virtually a month in the past in New York. Drivers are charged as much as $9 once they enter Manhattan under sixtieth Street. That contains many of the metropolis’s bridges and tunnels. The objective: To scale back site visitors and air pollution whereas offering funding for public transportation. But there’s debate brewing about how efficient the extra prices will probably be.
