When questioned about what the US might present for the nation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he requested Donald Trump, "what can you give us in terms of security guarantees?".
Zelenskyy says he advised Trump he was "counting on his policy" through the US elections, telling him to "help us" and "just listen to what is going on in Ukraine".
He additionally goes to name it "strange" that Ukraine are unable to purchase weapons from the US when the Middle East can, and says if they’re unable to finance the conflict, will Europe be prepared?
