In paperwork obtained by People Magazine and TMZ, the 26-year-old influencer has filed a custody petition with the New York Supreme Court, asking to be granted sole authorized custody of her son and Elon’s alleged son, who goes by R.S.C., amid the tech mogul’s absence.
