The actress, who performs mysterious writer Verity Crawford, was seen sporting a purple costume, which her character wears throughout her meet-cute with husband Jeremy Crawford (Hartnett) within the 2018 novel. ‘Verity’ additionally stars Dakota Johnson as ghost author Lowen Ashleigh, with Hathaway reuniting together with her ‘The Idea of You’ director, Michael Showalter, for the Amazon MGM Studios movie, which presently has no official launch date.
