Pennsylvania authorities have arrested a Harrisburg man they are saying broke into Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence and set it on fireplace. Cody Balmer turned himself in to police and is being held on expenses of tried homicide, terrorism and different expenses in reference to the hearth. No accidents had been reported.
