Munzir hadn’t seen or heard from his mom Khadija for 2 years after he discovered himself stranded on the opposite facet of Khartoum with no means to contact her.
Given so many hundreds of thousands fled the preventing, he had no concept if he’d ever see her or his household ever once more, or in the event that they had been even nonetheless alive.
