The Israel Defense Forces and Israeli Prime Minister’s Office launched footage of Edan Alexander reuniting along with his mom and different kinfolk at Reim Military Base in Israel after being launched from Hamas custody on Monday.
Alexander, who was held hostage for 584 days, is believed to have been the final residing American held hostage by Hamas.
Alexander, a New Jersey native, moved to Israel on the age of 18. He was serving within the IDF when he was captured from a army outpost near the Gaza frontier throughout Hamas’ Oct. 7 assault. The now 21-year-old was 19 when he was kidnapped.
