Video launched this week by Seattle police as a part of an ongoing investigation reveals a suspect who tried to steal a bracelet value $27,000 from a Tiffany’s retailer again in January.
A safety guard managed to get the bracelet off the suspect’s wrist as he ran out of the shop.
