The son of a sufferer of the 1994 Chinook helicopter crash has referred to as for "truth and transparency" after the Ministry of Defence dismissed calls for for a judge-led public inquiry.
The households of the 29 individuals who died within the catastrophe have vowed to press on with in search of a judicial overview within the High Court over the MoD’s resolution.
