The well being secretary has instructed Sky News he believes the federal government’s plan to deal with weight problems by introducing a well being meals customary for supermarkets is a "world-first approach" and never "nanny statism".

Speaking on Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips, Wes Streeting mentioned the initiative will purpose to "reduce the amount of unhealthy food in trolleys" – and retailers failing to hit their targets may face monetary penalties.
