Russia launches file variety of drones at Ukraine after newest Trump-Putin cellphone name

The scent of smoke and explosives saturated the air in Kyiv on Friday as residents emerged from shelters throughout town following a file Russian drone assault that got here simply hours after US President Donald Trump mentioned he had made “no progress” in the direction of a ceasefire in a name with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

The huge aerial assault caught a number of buildings and residential areas within the capital in what has been described by Ukrainian officers as one of many worst assaults of the three-year battle.
