Lord Sebastian Coe, present president of World Athletics and the top of the organising committee for the 2012 London Olympics, has instructed Sky’s Trevor Phillips that childhood weight problems is "a multifaceted problem" and a "political problem" largely.
He stated weight problems is not only "purely a health issue", however "it’s also about tax and spend, and good healthcare policies".
