‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ has been canceled on CBS after a 10-year run. The comic shared the surprising announcement together with his viewers on July 17, with Colbert revealing he was instructed of Paramount’s choice the earlier evening. In an announcement, the corporate referred to as the cancellation “purely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night.”
