Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who rose to fame as Theo Huxtable on ‘The Cosby Show’ has died. He was solely 54. According to a number of studies, Warner died in an unintended drowning whereas on a household trip in Costa Rica. He is survived by his spouse and daughter, whose identities he stored personal.
