A man carrying weapons demonstrates outside of Biden’s residence in Delaware.

On Sunday, a protester was observed outside President Biden’s Delaware residence with a holstered handgun on his waist.
The individual protesting was observed by reporters from the White House pool wearing a safety vest in yellow and orange while walking outside of Mr. Biden’s Wilmington home.
At the time, the president was present at his residence. Later on, Mr. Biden’s motorcade crossed paths with the protester as he made his way to the Delaware Air National Guard Base.
The demonstrator held a placard that mentioned the House Republicans’ inquiries into the president regarding Hunter Biden’s profitable overseas business agreements during his father’s tenure as vice president. Some GOP legislators have described these investigations as a scheme involving the exchange of influence.
Delaware is an open-carry state.
The protester was not intervened by the Secret Service as they stated that he did not present a threat, despite being monitored by a Service vehicle.
Special Agent Steve Kopek, a spokesperson for the Secret Service, stated that the actions of the person exercising their constitutional rights did not affect the movements of any individuals under the protection of the Secret Service.
The protester’s sign read: “Bidens are criminals, 20 shell companies?! Where’s the laptop? 10% for the big guy.”
On the opposite side, it indicated: “Does Joe have different names? Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware, JRN Ware.”
