Russia has drastically stepped up its air assaults on Ukrainian cities in latest months. ABC News’ Ian Pannell met kids injured in strikes being handled in a hospital in northern Ukraine.
Fifteen-year-old Rostislav was badly injured when a Russian ballistic missile strike destroyed his condominium block. He was barely in a position to flip his head, with shrapnel throughout his physique.
“This is my home. I can’t leave this place,” Rostislav mentioned.
