Acting head of FEMA makes first go to to flood-ravaged Texas

Acting FEMA Administrator David Richardson visited the Texas flood catastrophe zone on Saturday. Richardson didn’t reply to CNN’s Julia Vargas Jones when she tried to ask him a couple of New York Times report that FEMA struggled to reply almost two-thirds of the calls into its catastrophe help line within the first two days of the floods.
